40 Acre Subdivision – 12 Lots

We’re excited to announce a new Subdivision of 40 acres providing 12 Lots that are 2.8 to 3.6 acres each.  This planned community will provide 1/2 acre Building Envelopes (shown as white blocks in the 3D rendering below) to protect glorious views of the Tetons from each site.

It’s located in Tetonia, just 7 minutes north of Driggs, Idaho and approximately 30 minutes to Grand Targhee Resort.  Rolling hills topography and lush forest provide habitat for much of the wildlife that roams the area.
