It borders on 160 acres of open space to the east and is inside a key wildlife corridor that forms the southern end of the Yellowstone to Yukon wildlife migration path.  Don’t be surprised if you see elk, deer, moose  and even bison (the photo below with the bison in it was taken from the property) wandering by your windows and an occasional bald eagle soaring in the sky.
